1 C. all-purpose flour
1 C. milk
1/2 t. salt
Heat oven to 450 degrees.
Generously grease six 6 oz. custard cups.
Beat eggs slightly; beat in flour, milk and salt just till smooth.
Fill custard cups 1/2 full.
Bake 20 minutes.
Decrease oven temp. to 350 degrees and bake 20 minutes longer.
Immediately remove from cups; serve hot.
