EASY SABRA GARLIC HUMMUS CLUB WRAP

Ingredients

  • 1 Low Carb whole wheat tortilla
  • Low sodium sliced turkey breast
  • Low sodium sliced ham
  • 2 slices bacon
  • Iceberg lettuce
  • 1 slice American Cheese
  • 2 slices Tomato
  • chopped onions
  • Sabra Garlic Hummus

Directions

  • Start with tortilla
  • Spread Sabra Garlic Hummus on tortilla
  • Layer turkey breast, ham and bacon
  • Add cheese
  • then layer vegetables: Lettuce, Tomato and Onions
  • Wrap up the tortilla
  • Stick with 2 toothpicks
  • Cut in half

Notes

I was introduced to Hummus a couple years back. Prior to that I had never had it but I immeadiately loved it. My favorite flavors are the garlic and the spicier varieties such as jalepeno. Since discovering I have been incorporating it into a lot of my recipes. One of my favorites is a simple but healthy Club Wrap made with Hummus in place of mayo. Sometimes I do switch out the variety of hummus on this wrap depending on what my taste.
