Easy Taco Casserole
1 pound ground beef
1 chopped medium onion
1/2 tsp salt
1 minced garlic clove
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can enchilada sauce
6 tostada shells
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Brown ground beef and onions in skillet. Drain grease.
Stir in salt, garlic, pepper, and enchilada sauce.
In an oblong baking dish, layer 3 tostada shells, 1/2 meat sauce and 1/2 cheese.
Repeat shells and meat sauce.
Bake, covered, at 350 for 35 minutes.
Sprinkle remaining cheese and bake, uncovered, 10 minutes.
