- 2 Packs of Dream Whip topping made according to package instructions
- 1-2 packages of plain tea biscuits
- 1 cup of strong brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Dip each cookie quickly in the coffee and lay in any dish you like. Spread some of the whipped topping over the biscuits. Then repeat with another layer of biscuits dipped in coffee, then the whipped topping. Continue alternating layers till all ingredients is used up. Place in the refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes.The last 2 or 3 minutes of chilling,put the sugar in a pan on top of the stove melt the sugar till it turns a light golden brown.Being very careful not to burn yourself the sugar is very hot. Quickly pour over the tiramusi in a zigzag pattern. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
