EASY VEGGIE SALAD

Ingredients

  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 1 head of califlower
  • 1 cup of mayo
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  • Cut veggies into bite-sized pieces.
  • Wash veggies.
  • Place in large bowl with lid.
  • In a small mixing bowl, mix mayo, vinegar, sugar, oil, salt, pepper and pimentos.
  • Pour over veggies and refrigerate overnight, then serve.

Notes

This has been a favorite of my kids since they were little! So easy to make and taste great!
