- 1 head of broccoli
- 1 head of califlower
- 1 cup of mayo
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 small jar pimentos
- salt & pepper to taste
- Cut veggies into bite-sized pieces.
- Wash veggies.
- Place in large bowl with lid.
- In a small mixing bowl, mix mayo, vinegar, sugar, oil, salt, pepper and pimentos.
- Pour over veggies and refrigerate overnight, then serve.
