Easy baked chicken and rice
4-5 pieces chicken tighs
1 cup rice ( I use basmati)
2 cups water
1 T Lawrey's seasoned salt
Heat the oven to 375. Then, place the rice in a 9x13" pan. Add in the seasoned salt. Place chicken directly on top of the rice and spice with the onion powder, garlic powder, pepper and paprika*. Add the water and cover the pan. Place in the oven for about an hour (until the rice observed the water) and then uncover. Let the chicken cook for another 15-20 minutes and service right away.
* put a nice amount of spices on the chicken.

I made this dish because it is easy for all the busy bodies out there who don't have time to cook complicated dinner dishes. This dish will bring a smile to everyone's face and stomach!
