Easy cheesy chicken

Why I Love This Recipe

This recipe is a guaranteed knockout. Sorta reminds me of the double stuffed chicken breast at Ruth Cris


Ingredients You'll Need

1 8oz package of cream cheese
1/2 cup of shredded sharp cheddar
2 1/2 tablespoons of hidden valley ranch dry dressing
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
2 sprigs of Thyme leaves
Salt pepper and garlic powder (to taste)
2 large boneless skinless chicken breast
Paprika and parsley for color


Directions

Pre heat oven at 400 degrees, Mix your cream cheese, cheddar, ranch, Worcestershire, thyme, & pepper into a bowl, it’s going to be pretty stiff so use a fork. Cut a slit in the chicken breast on the side or the middle (which ever you prefer) after the mixture is nice a blended, gently stuff the breast with the filling and seal them with about 4 tooth picks


Drizzle olive oil on a non stick pan before you place the chicken. Sprinkle just a pinch of garlic powder, paprika and parsley for color


Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes. Some of the cheese may have oozed out but no worries its still plenty more inside the breast


Pairs Well With

Asparagus or a nice broccolini will do well with this dish
