EASY PEASY JAM

Ingredients

  • 200g caster sugar
  • 200g raspberries

Directions

  • In separate dishes place the raspberries and the sugar
  • Bake in the oven on 200c for 20 mins
  • The. Mix together they will merge together
  • Place into a steralised container and refrigerate
  • Eat once completely cooled

I love grow my own veggies or go to pick your own, we always end up with loads of fruit which I don't no what todo with,I found this jam recipes from a diet book and it is soo easy to make and lovely, my family love it and the best bit is that it isn't bitter!
