1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1 slightly beaten egg white
1 Tsp salt
On flour surface, roll dough into a sqaure. Cut dough into 30 strips, roll each strip between your palms into a long rope. Shape into pretzels by tying in a loose knots and looping ends through. pinch to seal. Let stand for 30 minutes. mix egg white and water; brush mixture on pretzels and sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 17 minutes or until pretzels are golden brown.
