- Preparation Time:
- 4-5 lb beef (cheapest cut)
- 1 packet Zesty Italian seasoning
- 1 jar banana peppers
- Combine all ingredients (including juice from peppers) in slow cooker. Cook overnight on low, unplug in the morning. Let cool, put in frig to let the fat harden.
- Remove fat (the cheaper the cut of meat, the more fat you will have) shred, and re-heat. Serve on buns. Enjoy!
