EASY SHREDDED BEEF

Ingredients

  • 4-5 lb beef (cheapest cut)
  • 1 packet Zesty Italian seasoning
  • 1 jar banana peppers

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients (including juice from peppers) in slow cooker. Cook overnight on low, unplug in the morning. Let cool, put in frig to let the fat harden.
  • Remove fat (the cheaper the cut of meat, the more fat you will have) shred, and re-heat. Serve on buns. Enjoy!

My hubby loves this one. It is very simple to make!
