- salmon fillet, 1/2 pound is usually good for one person
- lemon pepper
- lemon juice
- I squeezed some lemon onto both sides of the fillet, and sprinkled the seasoning on both sides. Then I sprayed the foil with Pam, then put the salmon on the foil. I wrapped up the foil so the fillet was in its own little foil tent, then threw it on the grill. About twenty minutes later (I guess it depends on how hot your grill is) it was ready
NotesI'm not very good with cooking fish, so when I tried this and it came out tasty, I was quite pleased.
