EDEN’S FLOWER
INGREDIENTS
- 1 head cauliflower, separated
- 1 t basil (+)
- 1 C water
- 1 t oregano (+)
- 1 1/2 t salt, divided
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 stick butter
- Juice of 1/4 lemon
- 1/4 t coarse ground pepper
- 3 medium zucchini, 1/2” slices
- 1/2 C grated parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS

1 ½ t salt, divided 2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 stick butter Juice of ¼ lemon
¼ t coarse ground pepper 3 medium zucchini, ½” slices
½ C grated parmesan cheese
In skillet, ouch cauliflower in water with ½ t salt, about 5 minutes. Pour off water; remove flowerets. Melt butter in skillet; stir in seasonings, including the other teaspoon of salt. Add zucchini first, then cauliflower. Cover. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Toss with ½ c Parmesan cheese before serving.
