8 Roma tomatoes
3 Cloves of garlic
1 Bunch of cilantro
1. In a small sauce pan, bring 1c. of water to a boil. Chop 3 of the tomatoes and 3-5 of the jalapenos.
Mince the garlic. Add all of the above to the boiling water and cook for 15-20 minutes.
2. Let cool then transfer to a blender and puree until smooth.
3. Chop the onion, cilantro, and the remaining tomatoes and jalapenos. Put in a bowl and mix. Add the pureed mixture. Salt to taste
