EGG PAKORA

Ingredients

  • • 3-4 Eggs, Boiled
  • • 1 cup Bengal Gram Flour
  • • ¼ tsp Carom Seeds
  • • 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • • 1 Pinch Baking Soda
  • • ¼ tsp Ginger Paste
  • • ¼ tsp Garlic Paste
  • • ¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • • Water as required
  • • 1 tbsp Chaat Masala
  • • Oil for Fry
  • • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Step 1: Take a large bowl, combined bengal gram flour, red chilli powder, carom seeds, baking soda, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper and salt. Mix well and make thick batter using required water
  • Step 2: Drop eggs in batter and coat well and keep aside them
