EGG ROLL DIPPING SAUCE

Ingredients

  • 1½ tablespoons cornstarch
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • ⅓ cup cider vinegar
  • ⅔ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ¼ cup maraschino cherry juice

Directions

  • 1. In a small saucepan, dissolve cornstarch in pineapple juice.
  • 2. Add remaining ingredients to the saucepan; bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring until sauce thickens
