Why I Love This Recipe

This is a very good sauce for egg rolls and keeps well in the refrigerator.


Ingredients You'll Need

1/2 cup crushed pineapple -- drained
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/3 can apricot preserves
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt


Directions

In a food processor, combine all ingredients and process until smooth. Put in saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
