Ingredients

  • 3 hard boiled eggs (cut up/smashed w/ fork)
  • 2 generous T. low fat mayonnaise

Directions

  • Mix together. Chill. spread on low fat crackers or on a lettuce leaf w/
  • tomato slice. EGGS ARE A GOOD SOURCE OF PROTEIN!
