one dozen eggs
1 1/2 Tbs. mustard
Boil eggs until done.
Cut eggs in half.
Separate yolks from eggs, set aside eggs.
Then mash yolks in a bowl add mayonaise and mustard and stir together.
Then cut up eggs to small pieces add to egg yolk mix.
You can serve as a sandwich or spread on crackers.
