Ingredients

  • 4 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 tablespoon mayonaise
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Directions

  • Completely mash up the eggs with a fork.
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate.
