EGG WHITE FROSTING

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 3 large egg whites

Directions

  • Boil sugar and water to make a syrup.
  • Beat egg whites till foamy, about 3 minutes.
  • With mixer on HI, slowly add sugar water in a very thin stream.
