Why I Love This Recipe
This is another cake from my great grandmother. This is a great recipe for those who can't eat eggs or don't like to use eggs. I hope you like it.
Ingredients You'll Need
1tsp baking powder
½tsp baking soda
Cream sugar and shortening. Sift flour, measure, and sift with baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices. Add alternately with milk to first mixture. Beat thoroughly. Pour into well greased loaf pan. Bake in moderate oven at 375 degrees for about 45-50min.
