Once you have the basics prepped in the refrigerator, (Greens and ratatouille) This prepares in a snap and is perfect every time! Balanced perfection for breakfast, lunch or diner! Inexpensive filling and delicious! The egg whites will hold your appetite for hours!
Ingredients You'll Need
200 g. egg whites
60 g. garlic greens (see recipe)
40 g ratatouille (see recipe)
salt and pepper to taste
In a nonstick 12 -14 inch fry pan pour 200 grams of egg whits over med-high heat. Pull out greens and ratatouille from fridge (pre made and add serving size to top of omelet. Add fresh cricket pepper and a dash of salt. Once center turns just slightly opaque fold edge over on top of itself. cook 30 -45 sec longer. flip. wait 15 sec. drop on plate and enjoy!
