EGGNOG CAKE

EggNog Cake

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup egg nog
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. whiskey
  • 1 tsp nutmeg

DIRECTIONS

Beat all ingredients 3 minutes at medium speed. Put into a Bundt pan sprayed with Pam w/ flour. Bake 350 degrees for 38-43 minutes.


Cool 10 minutes in pan and then remove from pan and let cool.


Frost with cream cheese icing.


Sprinkle with grated nutmeg if desired.

Looks, smells and tastes great! Great way to use of leftover eggnog after the holidays.
