EGGLESS TEA CAKE

 

  • Cooking Time: 30 minutes
  • Servings: 4-6
  • Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Chopped Dates
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • pinch of Salt
  • 1 Cup boiling water
  • 2 cups Self Rising Flour

Directions

  • Put in a bowl Chopped Dates,Sugar,Butter,Baking Soda and a pinch of Salt.
  • Pour in 1 Cup boiling water and slowly add Flour.
  • Bake in oven at 350f for aprox 30 mins.

From one of my Chicken buddies! Some people are allergic to eggs, and they shouldn't miss out on cake.
