EGGLESS TEA CAKE
- Cooking Time: 30 minutes
- Servings: 4-6
- Preparation Time: 20 minutes
- 1 Cup Chopped Dates
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- pinch of Salt
- 1 Cup boiling water
- 2 cups Self Rising Flour
- Put in a bowl Chopped Dates,Sugar,Butter,Baking Soda and a pinch of Salt.
- Pour in 1 Cup boiling water and slowly add Flour.
- Bake in oven at 350f for aprox 30 mins.
