Eggroll Bake - Made with Leftover Eggroll Stuffing
2 cups left over eggroll stuffing mix (what you roll in the wrappers)
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup all purpose flour
Mix all ingredents til well combined.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
