1 lb. Ground turkey
1 Small yellow onion, diced
1/2 C. Mixed veggies, diced
3 C. Egg whites (1/4 C. Each)
2 tsp. Garlic or regular salt
2 tsp. Pepper
reheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large pan, cook ground turkey and the onion thoroughly, season with salt and pepper.
Spray a muffin tin with zero-calorie, non-stick cooking spray.
Distribute veggies evenly among the muffin tin.
When the turkey and onions are cooked, distribute these evenly among the muffin tin.
Measure out a 1/4 C. of egg whites and pour over each muffin.
Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
