Ellen’s Nutritionally Sound Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

1 part peanut butter
1 part non-instant powdered skim milk
1/4 C torula yeast
Small amount of honey, sugar, or syrup


Mix peanut butter and skim milk with minimal honey, sugar, or syrup.


Add yeast.


Mix, then knead.


Form into balls.


Pairs Well With


Notes

Start with 1/4 cup yeast to 2 cups peanut butter and work up.

Kosher (dairy).
