ELLEN’S YOGHOURT ICE CREAM

Ingredients

  • 1 part yoghourt
  • 1 part pureed fruit
  • 1/2 part sugar as fruit (if fruit is fresh)

Directions

  • Freeze as for ice cream or in freezer trays.
  • Stir twice while freezing.

Notes

Good made with canned applesauce (if really goopy, let drain), with apricot, banana, strawberries.
