INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup peanuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup pitted dates, chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 3 cups Kashi
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
DIRECTIONS
Toss the peanuts, dates, raisins and cereal in a mixing bowl. Add the peanut butter, honey and corn syrup to a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour over the mixture and blend well. Press into a lightly buttered baking pan. Cook at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool and cut into bars. Store at room temperature.
