- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup real butter
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 6 ounce chocolate chips
- toasted sliced almonds
- Cook over high heat stirring constantly the sugar, butter and water, until mixture turns medium carmel color; remove from heat. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour onto a cookie sheet and spread. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Spread when melted then add sliced almonds. Refridgerate then break when cooled.
