Why I Love This Recipe
The Recipe comes from my mom. My mom likes to make it every Christmas and we all like to eat this Toffee together. Why I wanted to share this, because I know people who make this Recipe, will really enjoy it.

Ingredients You'll Need
1) 1 cup butter
2) 1 1/4 cup sugar
3) 2 tablespoons water
4) 1 cup chocolate chips
Generously butter a 10x15 inch pan.
In a heavy skilet, over medium heat, melt butter.
Stir in sugar and water.
Bring to a boil.
Cook, stirring constantly on medium heat until sugar is golden or reaches 300 degrees with a candy thermometer.
Poor mixture into the prepared pan and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Wait a minute.
Let chocolate chips melt, then spread over the top.
Let it cool. Put it into the fridge until hard. Then break into pieces.
