BackstoryThis is a get well tea
This was a remedy my mom would make when anyone was sick with a cold or sore throat. If you were brave enough to try you were well by the next day. it really works. All my friends call when they are sick to ask me what that recipe was my mom use to give them.
- 1/4 tsp. Ground Cheyenne
- 1/4 tsp. Ground Ginger
- 1 TBS Honey ( more the wimpy)
- 1 TBS Apple cider vinegar
- 1/2Cup hot boiling water
- Mix it all in a tea cup and sip the whole thing( one tea cup) every 4 hours until you start feeling better. try hard to drink it all. if you are the wimpy type (LOL) you can put more honey in to help calm the heat of the Cheyenne.
