• 1 1/2 tsp Active dry yeast
• 3 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Ground cloves
• 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
• 2 tsp Ground coriander
• 3 1/2 tbl Butter
• 4 1/2 oz Warm milk
• 6 tbl Honey
• 1 Egg
• 2 tbl -warm water
