Eva's chocolate butterfinger cookies
2 sticks of butter or stick margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1 t. salt
1 t. baking soda
3 c. flour*
3 T. hershey syrup
2 T. caramel ice cream topping
2-3 T. cocoa powder
2 butter finger bars chopped*
Blend together margarine or butter with cocoa powder and sugars, add eggs.
Then add hershey syrup and caramel mix well, add salt, and baking powder and flour.
Fold in chopped butter finger bars and Drop with cookie scooper onto cookie sheets.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375 for about 8-10 minutes (depending on the size of your scooper)
we only had the fun size candy bars and we used 8, also it was a very, very humid day and our batch required more flour until it was cookie dough consistancy, you may need less.
