Evie's Meat Balls
2 pounds ground beef
2 eggs; beaten
1 cup bread crumbs
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
4 Tablespoons minced onion
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon all spice
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
3 cups water
1 (12 ounce) package egg noodles
Stir all ingredients except flour, soup, water, and noodles.
Shape into meatballs and roll in flour.
Heat oil in large skillet.
Cook meatballs until brown.
Stir soup and water until smooth; add to skillet.
Heat until boiling.
Reduce heat and cover, cook 20 minutes.
Prepare noodles according to package.
Sever meatballs over noodles and top with sauce.
