Evie's Shrimp Linguine
1 pound linguine
3 pounds shrimp
2 bunches green onions; chopped
1 1/3 cup water mixed with 1/3 cup olive oil
3 large garlic; minced
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
3 Tablespoons minced cilantro
1 Tablespoon dry sherry
Prepare linguine as directed.
Lightly oil a pan and heat over medium heat.
Saute green onions and garlic for two minutes.
Stir in olive oil mixture, soy sauce, and sherry.
Bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer for five minutes.
Stir in shrimp and cilantro .
Serve over linguine.
Top with FRESH Parmesan cheese if wanted.
Pairs Well With
This was a spur of the moment recipe. It was a trial and error work of love. When I finally got it right my family loved it. Unfortunately, the love of my life developed an allergic reaction to shrimp so we don't get to enjoy it anymore. Now, the world can enjoy it.
