- Preparation Time:
- 4 avocados
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon hot chili sauce
- Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Scoop out and mash the avocado meat. Stir in the onion, sour cream, salt and chili sauce. Serve immediately.
NotesThis recipe is full of avocados, which are incredibly dense with eye healthy nutrients including lutein, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B6 and vitamin E.
