FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE
Why I Love This Recipe
I have a French Canadian SIL and I got this recipe from her. I love the cake but I really love the topping.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 Cups Flour
1 1/2 Cups Sugar (I have used Splenda)
3 tsp. Baking Soda
1 14 oz. can Fruit Cocktail (I use the kind canned in pear juice)
Mix together and bake at 300 - 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
Spread sauce topping on cake while hot.
