FAIRY GINGERBREAD CAKE

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup molasses
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 Tbsp ginger

Directions

  • Cream together sugar and butter.
  • Beat in eggs.
  • Add molasses, milk, flour, baking soda, and ginger.
  • Bake in greased 13x9" pan at 350F for 45 minutes.
  • Serve slightly warm with whipped cream
