FAJITA EGG BAKE

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 2 cups leftover fajita meat
  • 1 cup cooked chopped, onions, and bellpepper strips
  • salt and pepper
  • dash of hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup mexican cheese, shredded

Directions

  • Mix all together.
  • Pour into 13 x9 dish, top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 50 -60 minutes or til set.
