FAJITA MARINADE MY WAY

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup key lime juice
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dales Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon jalapeno juice (from the jar of sliced jalapenos)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 paprika
  • 1/2 cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp sugar

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients and marinade your meat (I use skirt steaks) for a few hours, over night would be even better. This made enough to marinate about 1 1/2 - 2 lbs of beef.
