Fajita Marinade My Way

Serves | Prep Time | Cook Time

Ingredients

1/4 cup key lime juice
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dales Seasoning
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2 tablespoon jalapeno juice (from the jar of sliced jalapenos)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 paprika
1/2 cayenne pepper
2 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
1 tsp sugar


Combine all ingredients and marinade your meat (I use skirt steaks) for a few hours, over night would be even better. This made enough to marinate about 1 1/2 - 2 lbs of beef.
