FAKE BREAD CRUMBS ~ PHASES 1-3

Fake bread crumbs ~ Phases 1-3

 


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Tbls. slivered almonds
  • 2 Tbls. Reduced fat grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. minced, dried onion flakes
  • 1 tsp. minced, dried garlic flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning (for fish)
  • OR 1/2 tsp. paprika (for chicken)

DIRECTIONS

You can wet your fish or chicken in any of the following:


Egg beaters


fat free milk


melted trans fat free margarine


olive oil spray


Roll in the crumbs, place in a sprayed baking dish and bake until done. Tastes better than bread crumbs and is phase 1 legal.
