Why I Love This Recipe

I came up with this recipe by trial and error, but we prefer it over any other out there. It lasts about 3-4 days, so have you snack and dish;s lined up to eat some yummy food....:)

Ingredients You'll Need

8 Fresh Roma tomatoes
1 Tablespoon of Cumin, more to taste
1 large purple onion
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 bunch of cilantro
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1tblspoon of garlic salt
1 small can of ortega diced jalapeno chilies or 1 small can of ortega green chilies

Directions

Dice all the ingredients and mix it all up in a bowl. Let chill for an hr in the fridge. You may want more or less cumin and or cilantro to taste but it is really tasty. The Ortega diced jalapeno chilies add a nice bite without the hard work. You should drain the juice out of the 4 1/2 ounce can (i believe that is the size.) You can have this all done in 20 minutes and it is hard not to start devouring it after you make it. P.S., the Roma Tomatoes MUST be fresh and not hard/firm.
