Fennel fritters with greek yogurt dip
1 cup fennel leaves, finely chopped
1 green onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoons flour
Water, as needed
5 ¼ ounces feta cheese, crumbled
Salt & Pepper to taste
Olive Oil for frying
1 Cup Greek Yogurt
2 Tablespoons Fennel
Zest of one lemon
Salt & Pepper

Step 1 :Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Add enough water to bind the ingredients.
Step 2 :Heat olive oil in frying pan and drop fritters by the spoonful into hot oil, press slightly and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Step 3 :Remove croquettes to paper towels to drain.
Step 4 :Continue with remaining batter until done.
Step 5 :Season yogurt with fennel, salt & pepper to taste and lemon zest, stir well serve with fennel fritters
