Why I Love This Recipe

This is for when you are in a hurry to whip up something to take to the Friday Office potluck, that of course you just remembered the night before. Its quick and easy, no fuss and not much mess.

Ingredients You'll Need

1 large package cream cheese, softened
1 to 2 tablespoons Mrs's Dash Garlic flavored
1 can artichokes finely chopped
1 cup Real mayonnaise
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup parmesan, graded
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped (optional)
1 can Rotel'
1 can green chili's finely chopped
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 1/2 cup salad shrimp, fully cooked.
1 to 2 tablespoons Mrs's Dash Garlic flavored

Directions

In a medium sized mixing bowl mix together softened cream cheese with the Mrs's Dash.

In one of you newer type flexible baking tins/molds, place a large piece of saran wrap so that you can remove the cream cheese mold easily.

Add the cream cheese mixture to the mold. Put in freezer for 15 to 30 minutes to set, not frozen just set.

In the same bowl, mix Mayo, artichokes, mozzarella cheese, parmesan, garlic, jalapeno, green chili's and Rotel, lime juice mix well.

Add salad shrimp.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

To serve unmold cream cheese mold onto a glass plate, then pour Creamy Shrimp mixture over top. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips around the sides.
