Fettucini Seafood Carbonara

Ingredients

BAHAN :
150 gram cumi, dikerat lalu rebus
250 gram udang kerat punggung, direbus
100 gram fettucini
2 sendok teh mentega
2 sendok teh minyak zaitun
2 siung bawang putih, dicincang halus
1/2 buah bawang bombay, dicincang halus
200 ml krim kental
4 sendok makan keju parmesan
1 sendok teh garam
1/2 sendok teh merica
1 butir telur, dikocok lepas
1 sendok teh basil


Rebus fettucini dalam air mendidih, ditambah minyak zaitun hingga matang.


Tumis bawang putih dalam mentega dan minyak zaitun. Setelah harum, masukkan krim. Setelah mendidih, masukkan keju, garam, dan merica.


Tuangkan telur, aduk sampai berbutir-butir. Masukkan basil. Aduk sebentar lalu angkat. Masukkan fettucini, udang, dan cumi. Aduk rata.
