Fiesta Mac and Cheese
10 to 12 oz. dry macaroni (2-1/2 cups)
1 pint sour cream
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup stuffed olives, sliced
1 cup milk
Cook the macaroni according to the directions on the package. Drain.
Place a layer of macaroni in a buttered baking dish. Season then spread with a layer of sour cream, 1/3 of the grated cheese and the sliced olives. Repeat until all of the ingredients are used, saving some of the grated cheese for the topping. Pour milk over all.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6 to 8.
