Finger lickin caramel corn
2 cups brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 cup Caro suryp
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 bags microwave popcorn
Boil sugar, butter, caro, and salt for 5 min.
Add baking soda and vanilla.
Pour over popped corn and stir.
Pour mixture onto a foil lined baking pan and cook for 30 min @ 300 degrees.
Stir the mixture 1/2 way through the cooking process.
