I admit it. I'm a Harry Potter fan, so here's a cocktail for grown-up wizards.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 part each light rum
  • blue curacoa
  • cream of coconut
  • pineapple juice
  • ice
    •

DIRECTIONS

In a blender, combine 1 part each light rum, blue curacoa and cream of coconut with 2 parts pineapple juice and 1-2 cups ice. Blend until ice is crushed. Serve potions in goblets.
